Single screw method is that after logistics mixing, it is granulated by single screw machine. With black masterbatch. The granulation is carried out by the twin-screw machine, and the carbon black concentration of the black masterbatch is 25-32%.
The third is the internal mixing method. This method is kneaded by the internal mixer, then fed into the twin-screw extruder by the feeder, and granulated by water ring or underwater. The carbon black concentration of the masterbatch is generally 40-45%. Compared with the former two, the internal mixing method is more widely used and has obvious advantages in improving the bearing capacity of the carrier to carbon black.
